A Tax Residency Certificate (TRC), officially issued by the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA), certifies that an individual or corporate entity is a tax resident of the UAE. This certificate enables businesses and residents to claim double taxation relief under bilateral Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA) with over 140 countries. The CapitalZone manages the complete FTA TRC application process in Dubai, handling document preparation, residency proof verification, and submission for corporations and individuals.
Operating internationally from the UAE offers significant tax efficiencies through bilateral Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA). However, obtaining an official Tax Residency Certificate from the FTA requires strict compliance with statutory documentation standards, including audited financial statements, verified Ejari contracts, and proven physical presence. Incomplete submissions lead to application rejections and costly delays. Our Dubai tax team handles every phase of the FTA portal application, ensuring rapid and successful certification.
