Payroll management services in the UAE encompass monthly gross-to-net salary calculations, Wage Protection System (WPS) compliant SIF file generation, statutory end-of-service gratuity provisioning, leave accrual tracking, automated payslip distribution, and payroll accounting integration. The CapitalZone delivers comprehensive outsourced payroll solutions in Dubai and across the UAE, ensuring complete alignment with UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) and MOHRE compliance.
Managing UAE payroll internally without automated controls often leads to WPS salary delays, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) fines, and complex end-of-service disputes. Whether your company operates in Dubai mainland or across UAE Free Zones, our team administers precise, confidential monthly payroll runs with complete regulatory oversight.

The Wage Protection System (WPS) is an electronic salary transfer system overseen by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and the Central Bank of the UAE. It ensures timely and accurate payment of wages through authorized financial institutions for all registered mainland and selected Free Zone employers.
Yes. All mainland companies registered with MOHRE must pay at least 80% of their registered employees’ salaries via WPS on or before the due date to avoid work permit blocks, compliance notices, and administrative fines. Several Free Zones (such as JAFZA) have also implemented mandatory WPS systems.
Under UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021), full-time employees completing at least one continuous year of service are entitled to gratuity calculated on basic salary: 21 days’ basic wage for each year of service during the first 5 years, and 30 days’ basic wage for each additional year, capped at a maximum of two years’ total salary.
Most UAE organizations process payroll on a monthly cycle, paying employees between the 25th and last day of the month or within the first 10 days of the following month, fully complying with statutory MOHRE transfer deadlines.
Yes. Our payroll systems support multi-currency calculations and cross-border disbursements for regional headquarters, Free Zone companies, and remote international team members while maintaining compliance with local UAE banking regulations.
To establish payroll administration, we collect employee labour contracts, Emirates IDs and passports, bank IBAN details, MOHRE establishment card, MOL number, company bank details for WPS routing, and historical leave and gratuity balances.
We maintain strict data privacy controls and encrypted communications. Individual payslips are delivered electronically to employee email addresses, and executive reports are shared only with designated C-level or HR authorization contacts.
Following each approved payroll run, we generate formatted general ledger journal entries categorizing gross salaries, employer gratuity provisions, leave accruals, and bank disbursements, which post directly into cloud accounting platforms like Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Xero.
